Repeals: (i) Paragraph 2 of Article 12, Article 15 and paragraph 3 of Article 41 of Decree No. 295/2002 of 19 March, (ii) Joint Order No. 51/2004 of 19 December 2003 , published in the Gazette, 2nd series, No. 26, January 31, 2004 - Republic in the Annex, which forms an integral part of this ordinance, Annex II of Decree-Law No. 189/88 of 27 May, with the current wording.
