Energy Certification
Since January 2009 any space destined to live in or services, new or existing, if traded or rented, must have an Energy Certificate.
The Energy Certificate contains information about the energy and air quality inside the building, allowing to identify improvement measures that the owner can implement to reduce their energy costs and to ensure good indoor environment, without risks to health and enhancing comfort.
Energy Certification of Buildings follows an energy performance label, for example, allows you to compare multiple properties in a credible manner when in purchase or lease.

General Tax Advantages
There are tax benefits on IRS for property classified in the energy class A or A +, increasing by 10% the amount of deductions from taxable income the interest costs and amortization of debts incurred with the acquisition, construction or improvement of property for permanent residence .
In addition to this support, are deductible at 30% amounts spent on the purchase of equipment for renewable energy use and carrying out works to improve the conditions of the thermal behavior of buildings, which is a direct result of the increased isolation.

- Study of the improvement measures related to the correction of pathologies construction, environment, energy efficiency and renewable energy systems;
- Preparation of summary report of the expert;

- Basic Service;
- Period of execution 48 hours after the visit and delivery of necessary documents.
