FactorENERGIA was created in 2007 by a young and enterpreneur team, that aimed to implement energy efficiency solutions, with particular emphasis on reducing the consumption of large induction motors and industrial lighting.
As part of the development strategy of the company, in line with the state incentives for energy production (Microgeneration), in 2008 we started the second phase of the business, with the implementation of systems for energy production, either through photovoltaic systems and also wind power.
In 2009 and due to the need to support customers in applications related to energy efficiency projects to Community Funds, we established a partnership with Consulglobal SA (http://consulglobal.webmadeira.net).
Also in 2009, and to provide the company with greater capacity for action and funding on specific projects of larger scales, FactorEnergia established a partnership with Selfenergy SA, the first ESCO - Portuguese Energy Services Company (www.selfenergy.eu) as an Authorized Agent exclusive in Madeira.
Our aim is to contribute to a better environment by reducing energy consumption and associated emissions of CO2 into the atmosphere, with the motto that is we don’t invest in reducing energy consumption, we will end up spending the same amount the same, but this made in monthly energy costs. It is always possible to rationalize the consumption in homes, factories, condominiums, crushers, sports halls, swimming pools, hospitals and other public buildings.
We give support from an early diagnosis to a better funding for the solution, including the resources funds.
